Im 35 years old. 6 feet 190 lbs. No idea what my body fat is...Id say I have an "average" body type. Ive been researching this and asking questions to learn as much as I can. I do not take this lightly. Heres what Ive done so far and have planned. I eat healthy...and A LOT. I make sure to get at least 200 grams of protein in me every day. Im at the gym 5 days a week.
Three weeks ago I started doing 1cc of 250mg test e every Monday. This upcoming Monday Im going to start doing 1/2cc 100mg tren a & 1/2 cc test e every Mon, Wed, Fri. Im also going to start taking 40mg dbol on Monday when I start the tren/test EOD. I plan on taking the dbol for 40 days. Im going to run the tren/test for 12 weeks and then stop the tren and continue with test e for a couple weeks after the tren is done. Ive heard tren can shut your system down pretty hard so continuing with test e for a couple weeks after the tren is finished seems like a good idea. I definitely plan on using hcg toward the end of my cycle and for at least a week after the cycle is done. Im probably going to get some Nolvadex just in case. I dont think Ill need it as Ive read some research that gyno doesnt affect everyone and a tell tale sign to know if your going to be susceptible to it is by knowing if that allele is strongly present in your family. Strangely, you can tell by the bust size of your grandmother on your fathers size. If she was "blessed" in that area, youre more susceptible. My grandmother was not "blessed" so I think Im good. Better safe than sorry though.
Im a beginner and dont want to go overboard. Ive done my research...I think and any advice and suggestions are MUCH appreciated.
Thank you.
