Need some Advice

Hello, My name is Chris Stewart I am 22 years old. I am looking for some advice on how to get bigger. I have been working out for about 2 years now. I cant gain weight, but i eat good foods and drink protein before and after i workout. I just dont understand. Can anyone help me with some Info on what i can take to help gain weight and Muscle, so i can gain some size. I have been 165lbs for the last like 2 years. i would like to get to about 190. Advice please.
 
dude get some weight gainer or summin like that at GNC and try to drink a protien be4 bed and 1st thing when you get up just so many things you can try to do ..its really what works 4 you ....you know your body better then anyone
 
make your own weghtgainer with pure protein and add dextrose... will save you a bunch.

there is a big chance that you are not eating enough. try posting up what you actually eat and counting the calories.. you might be surprised....

ecke70 is totaly right if yoru not gaining weight your not eating enough... but make sure you eat enough of the right things... making your own weight gainer is deff a good way to help... get some oats or maltodextrin or dextrose from myprotein.com its really well priced and mix it up and get it down you..

on the other hand if you want to gain weight make sure your not spending to long in the gym.. no more than a hour ..

45mins if possible if working at a good intensity.. in n out rip as much muscle as you can then eat eat n eat but make sure its a good clean diet and youll see results
 
eat 180g of chicken/fish with 150g of brown rice/pasta with 100g of brocc 5 times a day, drink at least 3-6litres e/d. eat 10 egg whites for break, and 150g of porridge with one scoop of whey 40 mins after ur eggs. add 60g of walnuts as a snack, have a protein shake with goats milk 20 mins before bed. do this 6 days a week and on sunday eat what ever u like. u will put on mass, most of it being clean muscle rather than fat and water retention. make sure u use vits and other supplements.
 
blend some peanut butter in with your protein shakes, throw some other shit in there, get creative.
