As much as i hate to admit when it comes to diet i am as week as they get.How can i discipline my self to do this. I pretty much
eat what ever the f i want cause i don't know
what to eat for my meals without getting too crazy . I don't want a diet that is going to last a short time and is unrealistic. I believe
that is why most everyone fails cause its not something we can stay true to. Can someone
list some things i could eat for B. L .D. Also
what to drink other than boring water. I already know protien drink. I don't want too complicated things to make or take too longI also drink coffee only in morn Lite cream & sugar
