what up guys, Im 6'1 255 20-25%. current cycle- 3rd week of 75mgs of dbol oral, 80mcgs clen oral 2weeks on 2 off.

doing this cycle for 6 weeks, i know i fucked this up.

after 6weeks can i take Winstrol (winny) or Anavar (var)? for how long? and how much? should i inject or take oral?

also what else should i take with Winstrol (winny) or Anavar (var)? i wanna put lean muscle mass n shred body fat, any suggestions? I really need help on this. Thanks guys.
 
Goodness gracious you really have absolutely no clue what your doing at all. What is your PCT plan? I hope you have one and you should drop the dbol and everything and start that now. You need to research. Oral only cycles are no good. And you really need to drop that bodyfat before you even touch AAS again.
 
like the kind gentlemen said above, you should really stop taking what your taking and start a post cycle therapy (pct). Get your bf down to atleast 18% before you start any more stuff. Dbol was definitely a bad choice for trying to lose bf. Keep researching and asking questions fella, you will figure it out!

apiddy you need to post all of your stats first. Age, how long you've been training, nutritional regimen and knowledge ect. Depending on your profile it's possible that doing gear is not in your best interest at this point. You may be able to reach your goals by improving your nutrition and altering your training habits first. Using gear will not help you reach your goals unless you have a good working knowledge of the basics (nutrition and training). I'm not saying this is the case with you, but no one can help you until they have all the relevant information. Once you give some more info there are many people on here that can help point you in the right direction.

6'1 255lbs bf 20-25%

diet- 4,000 cal a day. carbs only in the morning. oats wheat bread.
Protein- eggs, chicken, tuna, turkey, lean beef
veggies (all)
healthy fats
whey pre workout(1scoop) post workout (2scoops,1scoop casein)
casein before bed.

workout- 6days a week hitting all parts cardio 4days a week

any other info you need logic? thanks man
 
At 4,000 calories it sounds like you may be at maintenance level for your weight. Of course I don't know how many calories your are burning a week. If you want to lost BF you have to know what your burning, not just what your taking in. If your weight has been steady for a while just dropping your calories by 400 to 500 per day should allow you to drop a pound or more a week. This is only a starting point. But you need to know what your maintenance point is and drop the calories accordingly so you drop the BF while maintaining lean muscle. And remember that even apples will add BF if you eat to many of then!

ive been pretty steady at 255 with that plan. so what your saying is to cut calories 400-500 a week to lose. and dont eat too many apples?
 
lol, yeah something like that. If your goal is to get your BF down focus on that first. Don't worry about adding to much muscle until your BF is down and your metabolism is fired up. I've heard good things about the 3j diet plan. You should check it out. I haven't checked it out since my BF is were I want it to be, but I'm sure 3j is a sold resource. Best of luck!
 
alright so ill stop trying to bulk persay and worry about cutting. Any advice other than giving 3j a shot you have for cutting?
