Ok im new to this board n id like to say that this is going to be my 4Th cycle i have already done three cycles of deca and one with Dbol. I have Great results with the deca, no big side effects i never had a problem with deca dck. When i say i had great results i went from a scrawny 162 lbs. to a beastly 220. My bench went from maxing out at 160 to repping 235, 4 or 5 times. I am a very hard worker and if i put my mind to it i will get sht done. I first started out at a fatass of 250 lost almost 100 lbs but then looked at my self and seen i was too small so i did juice. Best thing ever!
I always do my research but i've had some problems with my next cycle i did as much research as i believe i can and so i asked some people on other boards for some help. Alot of them have contredicitng answers so i wanted to ask people on this board because there is more posts and threads and more people. I first want to say im not a fan of long cycles i like to keep em short. My other deca cycles where abotu 5 or 6 weeks and i got great results. This time i would like to get EVEn better so i am adding more items please any info whould greatly be apricitated exspecially the quickest info becuase im in a rush.

anapolon(anadrol) 50mg/day week 1-3
dbol 35mg/day end of week 3-6
deca pyramided lyk this 200,400,500,400,250,250
sus250 500mg/week week1 250/week week 2-6
nolvadex 10 mg/day from mid cycle till post =20 mg/ post cycle
hcg 1500i.u./week week 8-9
I am takin the anapolon up till the dbol so the day i run out of anap. the next day i am starting dbol.
I am 5'9-5"10
230 lbs
