if i was to start breathing heavy in the slightest (ie any compounds) I would start hacking up a lung... i wish it was only a little nothing cold, but thats not the case

its been like a week now, it has gotten progressively worse and I don't like the idea of it getting any worse than it is now

i thought you were trying to minimize gain of bf from here out? I'd lower the carb intake a little and up the protein intake.

yeah i am, it was a very long day.... started the day @ 10am and didn't go to bed til 3am...

like i have been saying in my previous threads, I haven't been feeling 100% so I am trying to just get the cals in and eat as clean as possible, so if I have to take in some more carbs at this point to get food in my body, I don't have any issues with that

but yes, my carbs will be around 400 grams/day from now on

#'s are still down a little bit but I think there is an explanation

getting over sickness, cutting some carbs, training legs at 10pm yesterday and chest at 12pm today (only 2 meals and 14 hours of rest), and only having 7 hours of interrupted sleep last night

not an excuse, but a possible explanation

yeah i hear that... but I've always been a 9-10 hour guy, my whole life without fail if I dont sleep 9-10 hours my body just doesnt feel ready to go

25 minutes on the Elliptical ~3 miles in distance

went tanning for 9 minutes to keep the acne at bay

*started the cardio for cutting purposes, but also have been noticing shortness of breath when I shouldn't be having any issues

protein: 412 grams (37%)

*ate almost exactly how I wanted to and felt pretty good... going to stay here for about 2 weeks and see how it goes

NO WEIGHT TRAINING

45 minutes on the Stationary Bike ~ 14.5 miles at a resistance of 6 (bike ranges from 1-10)

325mg Sustanon (sust) injected into right glute... didn't feel like sticking myself, but naturally I went through with it lol

kcals: 4327
fat: 140 grams (30%)
carbs: 343 grams (30%)
protein: 418 grams (40%)

no PWO carbs today... carb total was a little less than 400, but that way for a reason

i would, only issue is that I went from wanting to bulk and getting up to 257... to having the realization that I wanted to cut, and now I'm at 250, so when I cut down a little bit more and there are some serious differences, I'll post pics

supposed to do Legs today, there kinda tired from doing a bunch of cardio yesterday and I don't feel like I can put in a full effort, so I'm going to train Chest instead and train Legs tomorrow

I've been steady at 4500 kcals ed and my weight is staying at 250lbs... I'm going to hopefully be able to stay there for the time being and slowly have a nice change in body composition
