so like i said in my last thread i am 23 about 223 6'1 and pretty damn chunky right now... I just started a diet today which consists of 4 egg whites 1 whole egg 2 slices of turk bacon at around 8 then around 11 i eat greens usually broccoli or green beans and a more or less 8 oz of chicken breast for 2 pm i eat a small salad with chicken breast in between that i eat a snack rice cake or carrots and apples then around 430 i eat more greens for chicken breast and for dinner i eat what my wife cooks which is now pretty healthy (tonight was a steak and pasta) and i just ordered clen and t3 the clen is .4mg a pill and the t3 is 50 mcg a pill. I am looking for advice on what dosage to take with them. i am aware that with the t3 i am supposed to start at about a half of pill and work myself up within a few days as i am still doing research i would like some input from you guys on anything and everything with this i am trying to lean up as quick and healthy as possible. thanks alot I am looking forward for the advice....
