new diet with clen and t3

so like i said in my last thread i am 23 about 223 6'1 and pretty damn chunky right now... I just started a diet today which consists of 4 egg whites 1 whole egg 2 slices of turk bacon at around 8 then around 11 i eat greens usually broccoli or green beans and a more or less 8 oz of chicken breast for 2 pm i eat a small salad with chicken breast in between that i eat a snack rice cake or carrots and apples then around 430 i eat more greens for chicken breast and for dinner i eat what my wife cooks which is now pretty healthy (tonight was a steak and pasta) and i just ordered clen and t3 the clen is .4mg a pill and the t3 is 50 mcg a pill. I am looking for advice on what dosage to take with them. i am aware that with the t3 i am supposed to start at about a half of pill and work myself up within a few days as i am still doing research i would like some input from you guys on anything and everything with this i am trying to lean up as quick and healthy as possible. thanks alot I am looking forward for the advice....
 
also i didnt mention but i train everyday i am in the military so i run in the morning 3 times a week the other 2 days its strenght training and on top of that i also train after work usually consists of about 30 mins of cardio and then weights...

With clen start at 20 or 40mcg and see how your body reacts then ramp up. I've gone up to 150mcg ed but I would not go above that.

T3 start at 25mcg and ramp up quickly. You can go up to 100mcg ed.

I start at 25mcg and stay on each dose about 5 days, then come back down the same. I have done this 3 times now with good results and good blood work after.
 
arggg.... t3/clen is NOT what you need right now.. set up a decent diet.. start losing weight.. THEN when you start to stall, add the clen/t3.. that's when its the most benefitial
 
people dont seem to get the purpose of the situation....

you start your diet and training at a heavier weight, you start to lose that weight on the diet and sooner or later your body reaches homeostat... add eca, and your body starts losing weight again.. add clen.. your body starting losing weight again.. add t3.. your body starts losing weight again..

if you do those compounds from the start.. then its harder to overcome the stall u see...

dont get me wrong, with the right refeeds and such you can get over those stalls, but we're talking about doing shit optimally here guys...

ill say it again.. someone heavy taking clen and t3 right when they start working out is just like someone starting to do gear at a heavy weight way before they are ready for it...

you gotta put the work in
 
One thing I will say with regard to this post as I agree with it 99.99%-

Unlike Clen and ECA, the body does not build up a "tolerance" to T3 per se as Clen and ECA, as well those 2 will cause your adrenal glands problems which the body can fight back on. Granted T3 might cause endogenous levels to drop to nill and cause long term issues. Someone that was to start at 12.5 mcg or higher will continue to see benefits continually through a diet. While the body will always try and stay in homeostesis, the body can't fight back your "replacing" its natural production. Same goes for gear in that sense. Look you use 250 mg of Test and you will always get results. Might not be like what you want or initially had when first starting, but the increased recovery and protein synthesis is always there.

I personally like 12.5 mcg and have had some people that "had" to lose 50+ lbs in 4 months use it for the entire diet.

With Clen and ECA you have to continually increase a dose until you can no longer use it for the desired results. Not the same with T3.

if you do those compounds from the start.. then its harder to overcome the stall u see...

you can incorporate benadryl 50mg every night every other week to keep your tolerence down for clen or eca

However at the end of the day its still just a bandaid that will quit working.

One note is I don't know where the idea of starting low and ramping up came from.

There is absolutely no reason for more then 37.5 mg of T3 per day. If you need more your not doing enough cardio or dieting properly.

Ok cool, so none of these you guys think would be a good jump start? I work out twice a day and eat good... I understand doing that alone will drop bf but is there anything else you suggest for a boost to the weight loss? Btw i really appreciate all of your guys' help I would be pretty screwed if i wouldnt have found this site...MY goal is to drop the bf get to about 12-15% then bulk up... I'm going to iraq soon so all i am gonna be able to do is workout so i defenitly want to be as big as i can be... the problem there is im not gonna be able to eat as good as i would like. so point being is i wanna be as lean as i can be before i go
