New Great tasting Breakfast Concoction

INTENSITY IS EVERYTHING
I usually just eat 8 to 10 eggwhites and a peice of fruit for breakfast. Just now I got kinda lazy so I decided to make up a shake and just slam it. This is what I came up with:

1/2 cup dry oats
6 egg whites
A dash of Skim milk
One scoop chocolate protein
1/4 cup Ovaltine
A dash of Stevia (Natural sweetner)

But the Key is to have a Magic Bullet. Im telling you, if you do not have one, look them up online and buy one....you will fall in love. Best investment (if youd call it that considering the fact that its only $50.00) ive made in a long ass time.

Slammed that thing expecting to gag.....wasnt even close to that. Taste great and easy to pound.
