Hey i am new to here and sorta new to using roids. I have done a small cycle of stuff from GNC and after about 2-3 months i had pretty descent results. I had to stop for about 2 months and lost basically everything because of a death of a very close family member. Anyways moving on i started working out about a month and a half ago. Well let me say something before i start rambling on. I was always the small kid weighed around 150 never could lift more than 100 pounds had like 10 and a half inch arms. Well when i did my first try and working out like i stated i had pretty descent results i lost a good amount of body fat and got up to 14 inch arms, not that big but if you knew me you could understand why i was happy. I was pleased to have a small six pack instead of a gut and have arms bigger than what i was used to. well anyways back to my shit lol. This time around i wanted to push my limits so i started asking a friend about steroids. He recommended test 250 and a few other legal things to take with it. So currently i am taking a 1ml shot of test 250 once every five days along with Anavol hardcore, milk thistle, mega man sport vitamin, 2222 amino acid tabs, muscle milk, 50 gram slam, wheybolic extreme, 6-oxo extreme, triple strength fish oil, plasma jet, anabolic super stack which is 17hd and anabolic 7, along with nitro 92 extreme. Now ill tell you how i take these, but first let me say what my goals are. I am no looking to get freaky huge although i would love to have 18 inch arms eventually and a killer six pack along with the rest of my body being stronger and nice. Now here is how i take everything:



Morning:
one 17hd cap with three anabolic 7 caps(one off days that i either cant work out or just do cardio)
six anavol hardcore creatine tabs
two milk thistle caps
five 6-oxo extreme caps
one 2222 amino acid tab
two mega man sport vitamins
one triple strength oil gel tab
one serving of muscle milk


Lunch:
one 2222 amino acid tab
usually i drink one 50 gram slam before and after luch (50 grams of protein per drink)


Before work out:
one serving of Plasma Jet (only every other day)
one 17hd cap and three anabolic 7 caps
six anavol hardcore creatine tabs


after work out:
one serving of wheybolic extreme (60 grams of protein)
My dinner with a salad
one 2222 amino acid tab
six anavol hardcore creatine tabs (off days only with diner)
five 6-oxo extreme caps
one milk thistle cap

Through out the day i drink 2-3 servings of nitro92 extreme (55 grams of protein)

I have a friend that has some pro hormones and he recommended after i get done with my 10 week period on test 250 that i take the pharmaceutical grad of novadex extreme. Should I is my question. I mean would it be a good idea to take it with my other testosterone boosters?


Like i said im not looking for freaky huge gains but i would like atleast 16-18 inch arms, nice strength all the way around and a nice physique. My goal weight was around 180-185 pounds. I am fairly new to all of this so please don't be to rough on me cause i am a newb to all of this and i am open to any suggestions and input i can get because i would like to do things right. So any help i can get with anything i would greatly appreciate it.

some stuff i forgot to add...


When i stopped because of the life problems i dropped from 186 pounds to 160 in a matter of a month due to stress, worries, and nerves.

I take one 1 ml shot of test 250 once every five days.

In just 5 shots, and just having took my 6 shot friday with that being over the course of just at a month and a half i am already back to 14 inch arms and almost the physique i had before in 3-4 months lol thank you roids. Only problem is i have hit the brick wall again. i cant seem to get over 14 inch arms i am at 176 pounds at 6' tall with 12.6% body fat... any suggestions? I'm 21 btw

I also forgot to say how many times i eat i eat a good healthy breakfast along with 5-6 other good healthy meals through out the day. Before every meal i take one 2222 amino acid tab.
 
proper training, dieting, and supplementation... take it easy on me please like i said i am pretty new to all of this lol
 
I try and do a routine of things i have read up on as far as what body parts to train and when to train and what do when. but i would like a good solid routine to go by. like i said i am open to all suggestions and ideas. As always when you are the new guy to a board you need a good flame suit lol
 
also i try to keep my meals balanced as far as high protein and descent carb and calorie intake and other quality essentials
 
thats what my friend said. i mean i have never been a fat kid just never muscular. i try to eat healthy but eat alot lol. my friend said he would recommend me to consume atleast 2400-3000 calories or more if possible a day. but i think im gonna get fat lol he always said i bitch more about being worried about getting fat than any woman he has ever meet. lol maybe a weight gainer would be good? thats what he said... here is a pic of me from a few months ago i am a little bit lighter than this and a little more defined now....

i think everything is a waste of money if you don't have the basics in place first.

you would get much better results if you put the money you spend on supplements towards a good planned diet instead

you need to spend time in the gym and find out what works for you, get the basics down, then consider taking supplements and steroids
 
well i mean as far as dieting goes i have almost got it down pat, the gym thing i do but i have a mix of things that i have learned about that i do as a made up routine. i would really like something thorough and strong.
 
amino 2222 is a waste of $$ and also the creatine / creatien is good but most is over hyped i get good ol creatine mono for 10$ a POUND wich would last me most of the year if not more depending how im using it. i see your heart is there. liek mine waz but honistly i NEVER buy anything from gnc cuzz most of the stuff is over hyped and over priced for people like you "not flaming you" just sayin carful woth what $$$ you spend now beacuse when u see what works in future u will kick your self in the ass. liek me lol

1) fish oil (GOOD) keep taking it i take about 5-15g a day "each pill is 1g"
2) creatine is good to add but i would look for cheap highQ stuff . you probibly wont find stuff liek that at gnc.
3)the MULTIVITAMIN is a vary good idea agen just carful what u pay and how good is it and so u know centrum is CRAP.
4)muscle milk tasts GREAT but agen i feel tomuch$$$ to use ad a protein supp every day. i would grab a muscle milke every few months as a treat or if im on run and god forbid im walkin by a gnc lol.
5)milk thistle caps i dont think you need but is always a good idea why not .
6) 6-oxo extreme caps i dont know what its gonan do never used it prob a wast of$$ i unno.
7) YES YOU WANT THE PHARM GRAD NOLVADEX FOR post cycle therapy (pct) !!!!!!!!! no hippy shit you want the DRUG nolvadex nto no herb stuff. and no no need ot add any test boosters with it.
2 weeks after your last shot take nolvadex for 4 weeks week1-30mg ed wk2-4 20mg ed
8) DONT use any prohoromones. most if nto all are worse then just using the REAL thing. and are toxic.
9) dont use a weight gainer from gnc its crap trus me i tryed when i sterted out its full of o sugar and crap . MAKE YOUR OWN

get a blender. this is what u add:
1 banana
handfull of frozen berrys.
3-4scoops of protine powder.
4-5 tbs of penutbutter
fill up with milk or rice milk and blend.

you got a drink 900-1200cals with lots of protien and good fats "penutbutter" and carbs.
i have one of thes aday along with 2 -3 other protien drinks. "im veggitarian"

dont work out every day!
eod is what i find works best and no more then 4 times a week. not going passed1.5hrs
im usaly around 45min mark.

and only trian body part 1 time a week 2 at MOST.

agen dont wast your money on over priced crap. amino acid tabs unless your doing cardio to burn fat on an empty tummy is a waste of $$ in my eyes.
 
k thanks man i appreciate it. i don't buy anything from gnc anymore i found cheaper sources online. the creatine i take is anavol hardcore. i just finished my test 250 cycle. now im gonna wait about 1-2 months before doing my next cycle i was thinking of doing test again but for the first 4 weeks taking d-bol to kick it. maybe 1 shot of test every 5 days and just do like 2 cc's each shot? or should i do more? lol i am up to 175 pounds with my body fat being at like 12.4% i want to get down to 8-9% so my abs wil show again they are there but just have that little layer of fat hiding them lol. as far as vitamins go i aave never took centrum that shit always look cheap to me unless your an old codger. i try to stick to doing different body parts each day. i also run every other day after work outs and such. i don't really wanna take a weight gainer i just eat everything healthy in sight lol shit gets expensive after awhile. i appreciate your input bro like i said i am a noob and i wanna be told where i am fucking up and what would help me in any way lol. i just wanna do what is right and not hurt my body as much as possible. thanks again bro

and yes i do live in a real town name Gainesville... Gainesville, Georgia.. its in the U.S.
