This argument is not about whether the guy has genetics to be a pro, money or whatever. I dont know why you brought all that up, or were you got that from. I was just simply saying that is what the pros do but at much HIGHER doses. So why your even trying to argue with me about that I dont know.

This argument is to simply try to show you folks that there is better cycles out there than this 12wk stuff.

Have you ever read cycles for pennies? If you have, then that is about what I am trying to explain. If you haven't I recomend that you do. You will be enlightened. In cycles for pennies Dante describes much higher doses. I was trying to explain this in a beginners way. Which what I have explained would work for a beginner. Read that then tell me what you think.

you just dont get it beginners dont need to be on full time . i have read cycles for pennies and i know who doggcrap is but imo his Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) program isnt designed for a beginner or someone who wants to buff up once a year to look good at the beach . its for the hardcore and to be honest even on a board like this the hardcore are a minority , most people dont want to go to that extreme or even if they do they cant afford it or have the genetics for it .
 
Well now that is something I agree with you on there DADAWG. You are right about that. Some guy that just wants to look good for the beach ONCE a year would be fine doing what is mostly recommended. But the thread starter never really put up his goals. Maybe if that would have been the case we would have never gotten into this. Most boards I hang around are hardcore boards and that is what I am used to. But this type of cycle that I am trying to describe is not seen much. And yes I have spoken with Dante millions of times and even for a beginner he has recommended what I did above.

So no hard feelings?

800mg is more than a beginner would need for a single drug, all I ran was test and my first cycle was KICK ASS.

If this is a first cycle, run the test, 400mg is fine - see how you react to it so in the future you can better gauge what is tickling the nipps and so on.

Well could you post some pics of yourself to prove dante's theory to be true?
 
Ok i want to make a couple things clear here---I dont recommend anyone cycle--thats there own choice. All I ask is if that is their decision to consider doing it with a 4-8 week blast 2-3 cruise (and only if they live in a country where this is legal) --if thats 12 weeks he wants to be on he would do 6 weeks + 2 week cruise and then another 6 week and a 2-3 week cruise and thats it. He gets off after the cruise or can continue on with some additional accessories (antiest) therapy for a lil while longer. If someone wants to run year round thats theirs and only their choice. If someone wants to run one 4-8 week cycle in their lifetime again that is there choice. My concept is the only thing I suggest. The best way to cruise would be to use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) arim nolv and clom during the cruises and no low dose test--BUT some elite competitors wont do that and prefer to do it also with low dose test (50mg of prop EOD during the cruise)-AGAIN THATS THEIR CHOICE. I dont want anyone getting the wrong idea here that Im pushing this on anyone. This is all about YOU choosing the length of time your on and how you exactly cruise. Again im just asking people to consider the concept of 4-8 and 2-3. As far as dosages and im assuming this guy lives in mexico where he is allowed to do this, Im more inclined to think on Beefeaters terms here. If an HRT doctor is giving a pateint 100-200mg per week or every other 2 weeks in some cases and thats just to get a guy feeling normal (not even muscle building but normal) and with your first cycle most likely going to be the best gains of your life, I dont think just doubling the dose to 200mg 2x a week is using this opportunity to the best of its nature. All the healthy heart and health profiles done in the NEJM testosterone protocol was done at 600mg of test a week if I remember right so health shouldnt be an issue here. Id much rather see someone gain the muscle mass he wants to gain by using 500, 600 or even 750mg (if its a very large person) than using 400mg and gaining 8lbs and being unsatisfied with that. I would think 600mg would be spot on to where he would want to be but again this boils down to personal choice.
 
he said its his like 10th cycle... 2nd this year... i think 800mg for test would be ok... unless he is still happy and growing with 400-600 then why not keep it there... if anything i would say bump up the EQ...

i dont have any scientific evidence to back it but my opinion is that the first cycle being the best for gains is due to the fact that a person is the farthest from their genetic potential and whether that person uses 1 larger dose cycle or 2 smaller dose cycles doesnt matter . the only difference will be the sideeffects and recovery from the cycles. i usually reccomend 400-500 mg of cyp or eth 10-12 weeks , im not saying that is a perfect first cycle but i do think thats a nice compromise between gains and sides especially for someone who has no idea how they will respond to gear .
