New to Dieting

Hello let me start off my saying I have read all the stickies and a good amount of the posts about dieting... and frankly I am still confused. I am 5'9" 205 I have been traing for about a year and I am about to start my third cycle my body fat is at about 11%. With this cycle I want to get serious with dieting, and I know it is not fair to ask you guys to provide me with a diet and what supplements to take but instead of spending hundreds of dollars on things I don't need I was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction as far as what supplements I should start with and the intake of protein, carbs, fats. From what I have read there have been mixed reviews on PWN I know it is important but I am unsure of the window and to be honest what to use(eat). I was gonna list my cycle but im out of room
 
protein Sources: eggwhites , ham/beef chicken, fat free milk, salmon.
Carb Sources: oatmeal, yams brown rice
Veg Carb Sources: Caluiflower, Brussels Sprouts, Cucumber, Spinach, Broccoli, Mushrooms.
Fat Sources: Olive Oil ,Canola Oil, salmon, sardines, Avocado Oil, Omega 3 capsules.peanut butter
 
I don't know if this has any bearing on my diet but here goes I would like to run 1cc of Sustanon (sust) eod for the first two week, than 400 mg a week until my 2 10 ml bottles are gone, run prop 100 every other day and 60 micro grams of Winstrol (winny), any suggestions with the Winstrol (winny) would be much appreciated, I don't have much experience with it. I know that Sustanon (sust) isn't generally used to cut up but it's all I can get my hands on and time is an issue because I am going oversees in two and half months... if you read this long any suggestions on anything that I have wrote would be much appreciated Thanks alot Mike
 
it means eat alot u have to eat atleast 3000-4000kcals a day and to get the best gains out of ur cycle eat eat eat eat eat eat
 
yes just dont eat carbs atfer 6pm make sure u eat clean and do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach

fish oil
flax oil

If your trying to cut you are going to want to limit carbs, take in complex carbs, good fats..such as fats from nuts, fish, avocado etc. Keep proteins lean and high. Egg whites, chicken breasts, whey.
