I'm 31 and been lifting for about 4-5 years , 5'5" and weigh 205 with about 18% bf. I eat pleanty of protein for , chicken , turkey brest , steaks , tuna ,pork loin and I try to keep the protein shakes at before and after the gym ........... I've been stuck at the same level for a while with very little gains and been trying different workouts to shock the body to grow but like I said very little progress ! I'd like to break through this wall and get bigger but im not sure what to take or what's good or bad ?!?! I've heard PHs are hard on your liver so I'd like to get some test e but I don't know where to get it from a legit source and its againts the rules here to ask for a source so I thought I woul try a PH untold I can figure something else out ! Any ph out there that's not so hard on the liver ??? Thanks for any help with this !
