hey guys just wanted to say this is a very informative board and many threads have been very helpful.

just needed to maybe get a little help in revamping my cycle.

this is my 2nd cycle( 3rd attempt first cycle has huge infection and had to stop 1999)

currently taking 3 iu gh(5th week) 5 days a week 40mg anavar (week 2)
i will run gh for balance of year and run the Anavar (var) for 8 weeks

my goal is to lose body fat and tighten up my waist line. I have been contemplating taking winstrol tabs but read i should run with test...dont want that bloated look
i compete in wrestling (leisure) and boxing so I dont need the weight gain.

any suggestions also the course of time i can run this cycle

a good stack would be Test Prop, Deca, and Tren. with this cycle you have to make sure you have a low calorie but high protien intake.
 
how so? that was going to be my next cycle in january, so before doing it i want to know why its bad. cause everything i know is from just research and reading your treads.

First off, I don't like it because I like to keep short esters with short esters and long with long. Secondly, he's looking to lean out a little bit so stacking 3 compounds is absolutely unnecessary. Third, depending on the dose of each compound, you may run into some serious progesterone related sides. Forth, Tren is so strong that most people wouldn't even be able to feel the effects of the Deca other than some water retention and slight joint lubrication. Fifth, we don't know what his previous cycles have been and can't recommend 3 compounds with no cycle history.

Not to mention, aren't you currently 3 weeks into your first cycle??? If you plan on running Test/Deca/Tren your second cycle, what happens when you get some gyno flare up?? You run Nolva and you could be sporting some tits in no time.
 
that makes alot of sence.......not to take away from this guy's tread but, what would you recomend for my second cycle? just test with deca? or somthing different?
 
sneakerz, i agree with milk and stone, everything looks great and leave the winstrol out. completely disregard every word brolickant posted. you might want to consider trying yohimbine hcl 10-15mgs ed with your supplements. something to think about. good luck.
 
I would be intrerested in hearing how you make out with the GH. I ran 10iu ED for awhile. Are you going to keep a training log?

ok guys thank you for the posts...finally got time to post....here is my training schedule to give you a btter understanding of what i use and i will keep a log now for all interested in the same goals...this has been my schedule for the last 4 weeks of training and i have been eating cleaner high protien/carb low fat diet for 4 weeks gh and Anavar (var) exact same dose
mondays/wednesdays 11am-1230 wrestling technique 40 minutes cardio evening
tuesday/thursday resistance training 35 minutes 2 hours hard wrestling
fridays/sundays rest
saturday plyos and submission wrestling 2 hours
* 5 days a week 20 minutes walking on empty stomache as soon as i take my gh shot

btw first cycle run with a lot of athletes and they thought they would use me as a human guniea..been around a long time and had one real bad experience when i was younger( bad sh%*) this is what they put me on
week 1-3 sust 500mg eq 200 Anavar (var) 50
week 3 8 sust 750mg eq 200 Anavar (var) 50
week 9-14 sust 1000mg eq 200
week 15-16 sust 750mg
my first cycle with decent dieting ..almost lost my wife, complete nut job! strength was bloody unbeleiveable, mind you I only do bench press twice a year i rep 225 for 27reps
i started my cycle october last year at 202lbs mid dec-april highest 225 bloated huge again my shots and takedowns my recovery was insane i was throwing guys 260 but they seemed so small because my neck blew up some trapz...regardless i had no health problems and/or side effects major mood swings and some acne but i use an antifungal bodywash after training anways so dont get much zits
 
i havent started test yet ..been hearing mixed reviews a lot have mentioned to take take just dont wanna bloat but wud liek the extra muscle and strength for sure. was thinking about taking 100 mg of cyp or sust for 10 weeks and keep does low any suggestions would be apprcaited
 
dont take sust, i red that when it first came out it was one of the most used steroid but then it was trash. plus Sustanon (sust) as long and short esters mixed. and why would you run Sustanon (sust) at 1000mg, 1999 was your last cycle right? you dont need to ramp up your dosege, keep it simple for this cycle. dont be a human guinea....run test cyp or test-e for 10-12 weeks, 200mg should be your most. consider it as dipping your toe in the pool, you dont know how your body will react to a higher dosege, i can take like 40mg of dbol (just a example) and get great results while the other man do the same and end up with gyno.
 
kool thanks brolickant..last cycle was finished by jan 2009 im prolly gonna run cyp at 100-200mg a week for 10 weeks..im noticing my muscles shrinking in size due to the amount of other training i been doing...
