Weeks 1-12 Test Cypionate @ 260mg (2x/Week)
Weeks 1-14 Aromasin @ 12.5mg ed
Weeks 6-14 Anavar & 60mg ed (will eventually ramp up to 80mg ed)
Weeks 3-12 T3 @ 50mcg ed
Weeks 7-12 Albuterol @ 6mg 3x Daily
Weeks 8-12 Ketotifen @ 1mg ed (before bed)

Nolvadex- 40/40/20/20
Clomid- 75/50/50/50
(i know its not necessary for the extra 2weeks but that's just me)

I've been trying to stay keto but because of my work/lifestyle its hard, so i just stay low carb
anyway these are my targeted macros: 280g protein / 230g fat / 40g carbs....3200Cals
im not always able to exactly hit these targets (again due to work/lifestyle) so i have a couple principles (pretty much minimums)
1. 1g of protein/fat per body weight (So atleast 190g protein/fat per day)
2. NEVER go above 100g of Carbs per day
