Norma Deca Question

So Whats the deal with Norma Deca...I have heard that it is the most commonly counterfieted deca on the market....I have also heard that the only way to decipher the real from the fake is A....look for a date and lot number that is stamped rather than printed and B...atleast with the new style look for silkscreened Norma symbol under the paper label......True or False????? later fellas
