Hi,

I was wondering when bulking, would it be okay to eat natural-peanut-butter daily? Or is that unhealthy....?

If you can eat it daily for bulking..how many spoon fulls would be the maximum amount for a day.

Also, what are good ways to injest it rather then making a peanut butter sandwich.

just make sure its natty and not the kind that is loaded w/hydrogenated oils. and 2 tbsp is plenty.
