This is my 5th or 6th cycle so I have a little background in how I react to AAS. This time around, I wanted to see exactly how much bloat came at the beginning of a cycle so I prepared a bit. For the month leading up to the cycle I nailed my diet down to + or - 200 calories per day and have my macros exactly where I want them. My diet is low to no carbs with timed carb ups around workouts and weekly carb days to kick up metabolism (based on IronAddicts TCD diet advice, but not under his tutelage). On this diet with my current training (WSB based), I have been loosing about .5lbs a week while continuing to gain strength. No changes in training during the last month and no changes planned.
Cycle is very simple:
1 - 12 600mg Test Enan/week
1 - 2 200mg Test Prop/week
First injects were 5 days ago. Enanthate is twice a week and prop EOD.
Weight Fluctuations:
Day 1: 303.5
Day 3: 307
Day 5: 310
I'm a bit surprised. I know I bloat up a bit but I didn't expect it this fast. Keep in mind I monitored my weight with an almost unhealthy scrutiny for the full month before this cycle began so I know exactly what my daily fluctuation were. I have aromasin on hand but I'm holding off for now. I have never been prone to gyno and the bloat hasn't touched my BP so I see no need to mess with it at this point.
FYI - Intent of this cycle is strength gain with continuous body fat reduction. My weight goal is to get down into the 275 range, but I don't expect to get there within the time frame of this cycle.
