On cycle bloodword - donated 1pnt blood day before

So i gave blood yday at work, 1pint.

Today I had my blood taken again to test my on cycle test/estrogen levels to check
1. if my test is legit
2. if my AI is dosed correctly.

Would the loss of blood yday lower the amount of test in my blood today?

I pin test prop eod and pinned yday before I gave blood, so today would be 24 hours post jab.

Should I expect it to be slightly lower than what it should be?

im aiming for 50pmol +?

The loss of one pint of circa twelve in itself will have no immediate effect at all, since what is being measured is a concentration.

Plasma volume is said to take only 24 hours to recover, so in theory there could be a small drop in concentration as plasma is created to reestablish prior blood volume.

However, you've got a fairly short ester releasing more medication all the time while serum T is being cleared.

Overall, if there is a drop at all I think it would be negligible, a few percent at most.

Actually, you may see a rise as testosterone is absorbed via a depot. Less blood with the same amount of test being released should provide a higher level of testosterone per volume.

Although as mprtz stated, your body does replenish blood volume pretty quickly.
