I've been on my first ever cut for 4 months now and have lost a lot of fat(some muscle too). Went from 210 to 185lbs at the moment. I would like to get below 10% bf before I start going the other way again to hopefully try and stay lean for good.
Problem is the last bit of fat is sticking like shit. My diet is good and I hit my daily macro's, so any advice on how to speed things up a bit? I'm getting impatient being this skinny!
A few stats.
Age - 33
Height - 6'2"
Current weight - 185lbs
Training - weights 3 times a week, cardio(HIIT) twice a week
I train natty as well.
Forgot to add, my daily macro's look like this at the moment.
Protein - 240g
Carbs - 140g
Fat - 60g
