do you guys find it better to buy supplements in store, or online ?

what sort of shipping costs do they add to online buying??

Onyx, last I heard, Mike from TrueproteinCanada.com was giving free shipping to any orders over $200.

Online prices are alot cheaper than store prices from what I have seen.

I can't remember that last time I bought any supplements in a store.

Everything I get anymore is from TrueProtein / TrueProteinCanada . They carry everything I need except for a multivitmain, but you can get those anywhere.

lol .. 50lb of protein .. here i am thinking my 5 lb tub is a good size lol

if u order from www.mysupplementstore.com anything over $50.00 u get free shipping. www.1fast400.com shipping is like $5.00 www.allthewhey.com is about $6.00 or so for 10lbs of protien. They're all pretty reasonable and reliable. I pretty much buy everything online these days.

Online is the cheapest place to buy products as most of these places do not have overhead like the retail stores do.
