Opinions on my first cycle progress

Ok so im about 6 weeks into my first cycle of Test E from Chemco Labs. I was always concerned abut the effects of juicin so i decided to start off low so i started off at 300ml a week... i gained like 7 pounds within 2 weeks but ever since then i have stayed the same weight... two weeks ago i upped to 400ml a week and this week im at 500ml a week... (starting weight was around 172 now im 180) I'm not putting anymore weight on but all the fat on my body is burning off and im maintaining my weight i was 10%bf at the start now probably the same just bigger... My strength went up in some areas but leveled off and from what ive read about test e week 6 should blow me throw the roof... so im thinking maybe starting so low was a bad idea??? Im gunna continue 500ml a week till im out of test so maybe like 5-6 more weeks... i guess im just curious for some opinions... should upping my dosage help me out.. im trying to gain another 10 pounds hopefully... maybe im expecting way too much? just curious on how to feel... some people say i look bigger some people say they cant even tell im juicin... My diet is pretty decent too so i dont thinks thats so much the issue... let me know what you think...Thanx
 
I think that on 500 test for your 1st cycle you shoul be growing abit more. The 1st 7 pounds were mostly water weight I assure you. Trainig and eating must be an issuer in your regime. I would take a close lok at those. Keep running it at 500mg
 
thanx for the reply i figured i should be getting bigger too... my workout is as follows...

Monday= chest/tri
---- flat dumbell press, flys, incline dumbell press, dips, tri ext, skullcrushers

tues.= off/abs

wed= back/bi
---- deads, pullups, lat pulldowns, rows, curls, reverse curls, resistance db curls

thurs= shoulders/abs

fri= legs
---- squats, extensions, contractions??, calf raises, leg press

sat= abs/cardio

all are 4 sets 10,10,8,6 reps

my diet could be better but i make sure i eat alot of chicken beef and tuna... i was taking alot of weightgainer but read i need to eat more real food so i've been trying to do that plus i ran out and havent gotten more....its on the way... so i normally get around 4000 cals and 300grams protein.. however most of its from the WG...

I think i look a little bigger but not what i was expecting maybe the low doses to start are to blame?
 
Drop the reps a bit, and do heavier weight? Just a thought to try, looks somewhat like what i do but i grow off doing 10 8 , jsut like that.

If you are getting 4,000 good or decent calories in you should be growing. I think if your at week 6 and you havent gained more than that you have bunk gear possibly? odd.

300mg is not a low dose for someone well under there genetic potential...
steroids are one part of the triangle.....have a good look at your training and
diet.....if you really were eatin as much as you say you would be growing like a weed.....remember regardless of what drugs you take if you can get the big 3 up by 60lbs your body will be forced to pack on approx 22lbs of lean mass....its all in the iron brother
 
i remember having concerns w my first cycle and then one day i just blew up its like it came out of no where. I think you should just be patient make sure u are eating enough and injecting on time.

I really hope your right... my one buddy was just telling me to wait and it will happen, then i saw him yesterday and he was like damn i expected you to to be bigger... not something i wanted to here at all!!! I've always had a hard time putting on weight, fast metabolism i guess... i weighed 145 freshamn yr of college haha yeah i know... so i gained almost 40 pounds since (3 yrs) busting my ass in the gym... so its gunna be hard for me to be satisfied because i've always been small.... well im gunna really try and eat as much as possible and just force it down.... i just got two big tubs of cytogainer which im gunna take 3-4x's a day plus i eat lunch and dinner so that should be way over 4,000 cals and def. enough protein...

Are you pulling these numbers out of your ass? When I'm on cycle my squat dead and bench jump about 50-60 lbs and I might gain 5 lbs for that to happen.
 
YOur w/o could be alittle more refined and for me eating isn't the issue but getting enough protein is so make sure you are getting your protein in at a decent level. If you are willing to change some things with your W.o let me know.

Yeah i'm def. willing to change my workout... i just put it together from what i've read and seen.... i was always under the impression that back/chest/legs should be done seperate and with a day inbetween because they are the biggest muscle groups in your body and are used in almost all lifts.... however i see some people combine them on certain days... well let me know what you think... Any other opinions on my workout?

I feel alot better these past two days i think my diet was off and i wasnt eating as much as i should... im making sure i get atleast 4000 cals... i think im getting close to 5000 now my protein is def. around 300g too
 
Well you diet sounds like it's back on trak.

What are you looking to accomplish with this cycle. Kind of need to know this before recomending a w/o
 
Im trying to bulk up/gain weight... increase strength obviously... was looking forward to gaining about 15-20 from what i've heard from the first cycle thats obtainable and considering i weighed around 173 when i started... overall im pretty much balanced as far as my muscles... bench around 250, dead 295, squat 250.. legs are lacking the most... i dont know what else you need me to clarify...

ok so i weighed in at 183 today!! thats a 4 pound increase from like 4 days ago... looks like my dumbass just didnt eat enough in the beginning... feeling real good in the gym too... squated 250 3x's today which is a PR for me... i just started week 7 i believe... i going till im completely out... 4-5 weeks i think i have left... thanx for the help guys will let you know my progress...
