thanks im trying to stay lean ive used the pro complex for a real long time now and a friend of mine uses the 100% and says its better without giving any explanation, which i doubt he has, i figure he just said it cause he uses the same brand but dif products and just wanted to say his was better, so i was wondering if there really was a difference? and ive heard straight isolate is better than a mixture of proteins which seems to be the pro complex so maybe the 100% it is better?
