Options other than oatmeal for breakfast carbs?

I'm tired of eating oatmeal for breakfast everyday and need a bit of a change. I can't think of anything for breakfast thats a good carb replacement though. What do you guys eat other than oatmeal? suggestions much appreciated!
 
some ricedish perhaps. dark bread.

you dont have to be perfect all day everyday. If you are strict most of the time its ok to go off the path at times.

Fruit, whole grain bread, Fiber One cereal, sweet potato, etc.
 
i have 3 eggs on whole wheat
1/2 cup oatmeal with 2 scoops protein and 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter and milk mixed in. tastes great!
 
Whole wheat bread or bagel are pretty much your only Low-GI options if you wish to stick to "breakfast" food. Other than that, you could eat anything - brown rice, ww pasta, etc if you felt like it.
