Ordered kit but...

I ordered an aromatharapy kit from .......... 2 weeks ago and have still have not received it. I have tried to email them twice and they have not responded. They did, however, take payment from my checking account. Has anyone done business with them lately?

I really need an aromatherapy kit soon. My muscles always seem to recover best when when I am relaxed.

I know we're not supposed to name any kit sources, but does anyone know if there have been any going out of business lately? I think I may need an alternative...
