N norinho New member Jul 12, 2011 #2 I wake up 6:30AM in the morning and run 30 minutes. At 7:00PM to the gym. How best to take the Shred Matrix? Take 3 capsules 6:00AM and 3 capsules6:30PM or Take 2 capsules 6:00PM, 2 capsules 12:00PM and 2 capsules 5:00PM ???
