Pasteurized eggwhites

As far as pateurized eggs whites go, If i was to make shake out of that with Banana, and juice, would the protein in the eggwhites absorb as well as a shake? Could it possibly absorb a lot better since it is egg protein? Each of my shakes have about 40g of egg protein, 60g simple carbs (post workout shake)

yes.

this isnt to say that you shouldnt eat egg whites without the yolk, but I wouldnt make it my primary protein source.

I personally dont eat a shit load of whole eggs due to the cholestoral factor so I stick mainly with the whites however it is good to get the occasional whole egg in your system cos they contain summit like 13 different vitamins.

dietary cholesterol isnt hugely related to arterial cholesterol. so if youre avoiding yolks for that reason, eat up.

i thought about saying this as well...but decided not too.

plus i find it ironic that roid users worry over cholestoral in food when soem juice wrecks cholestoral levels.

Well if thats the case Im whole eggs all the way. Cant believe all the early mornings i spent seperating egg whites from yolk.. man Ive wasted my life

You may find it ironic I see it as one less problem to worry about if I can help reduce cholesterol (even if its just a little bit) which would normally be high enough to start with if your on a cycle by missing a few yolks then so be it.
But this doesnt seem to be the case anyway.
 
my own personal problem with whole eggs is the quanity you eat for what your trying to accomplish as for more then 3 whole eggs for breakfast is most likely not a good thing for a man who is cutting because those 3 eggs will have 13.5 g of fat... and if you just eat 3 eggs for breakfast you are not eating near enough even if cutting I like to keep my breakfast similar everyday looks like this..

-1/2 cup oatmeal
-2 eggs
-2 slices turkey bacon
