PEG decreases absorbtion?

I read somewhere that if lets say Anavar (var) is suspended in PEG that it decreases the absorption with 40% in the small intestines true or false?

fuck....I'd like to know. I am about to make some Anavar (var) in peg today.

Some reading on the subject. The last link seems to point to a slower, but still full absorption when using peg. First link show half of the peg never even gets digested, but that's in rats.
