Perfecting diet

I am 188 pounds 6 "1" 15% body fat 24 years old. I am looking to perfect my diet to maintain as much muscle as possiblewhile losing fat. I lost fat last year but too much muscle. I know alot about diet but I am interested in others opinions. I can stick to a very stict diet easily and could drink nothing but protein shakes all day if I had to ( which I know isn't good but just an example) Here are my food choices that I eat.

Oatmeal
chicken
ON whey shake
mixed vegetables
brocolli with fat free cheese
Natural peanut butter
eggs with fat free cheese

No omega 3 fats because the flax seed oil makes me sick I hate salmon and the fish oil tabs are worthless.
 
Im going for the same thing you are right about now, im worried about losing muscle also. Heres my diet im going to see how it works.

The plan is to Slowly reduce my cals so i dont send my body into shock and risk any kinda muscle wasting. I would suggest a CKD diet as ive heard you dont lose as much muscle this way, but alot of people have reported that they feel like shit on it and even at 100g carbs a day my workouts suck ass and i dont feel healthy.

I may get some p-gh and see if that has and mucle sparing effects.
