Please help me outline a basic diet!!!!!

Okay, here's the deal. I've been lifting for some time, recently got extremely serious about my dedication to it. I know a good bit about everything I need to... except, diet!

I'm 24, 6'7" tall, 223lbs and have around 13.5%bf. I'm currently on my first cycle which consists of 500mg Test E weekly, 250mg x 2 a week.

Obviously, I'm wanting to bulk up. I'm a very big guy, but unless I get a ton of bulk on me.. I'll continue to look skinny.

I was wondering if someone might be so kind as to outline me a VERY BASIC diet. I don't need anything extremely detailed at all, I just want to know the most important factors in a bulking diet. What main things I -must- have in my diet, and what things I absolutely need to avoid. I really have no idea how much protein I need, how much meat, carbs, etc etc.

Just remember, I'm still a noob and I'm just looking for the basics!

if u want fundimental knowledge i'd click on the link to my diet thread in my signature and start reading post one.. once ur done with that.. come back to me with your bmr/tdee.. ull know what that is when you've read through the post
