i eat popcorn all the time...not sure where it ranks on the GI list...but it's got fiber, fat, protein, and no simply sugars and taste great. I like the light butter one the best...probably a bag a night
does it fit with in your daily calories? that s all i would worry about unless your on a special diet of some sort or on a cut for a contest or what not.
