PCT for 12 week 750mg Test E and Winny Cycle
Tuesday I took my last shot of a 12 week Test E cycle. I have researched and planned out my post cycle therapy (pct) but doing some last minute research has me doubting myself and I want to run this by some people to reassure myself.
I ran 12 weeks 750mg of Test E
last 8 weeks I was taking Winstrol Orally
I have HCG, Nolva and Clomid on hand.
Before I started this cycle I thought I had read that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) should be taken after cycle, but now I am finding information to the contrary. On this weksite in the "Standard post cycle therapy (pct)" sticky it says taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during is best, but you can take it after at 500iu everyday for the 10 days leading up to 4 days before SERM. That dosage seems very high to me?
I have been told by someone that I should take
500iu day 1
250 Day 4, 250 day 7, 250 10, 250 day 13, 250 day 16.
Two weeks after last shot I planned to take
Clomid - 50/50/50/50/50/50
Nolva - 20/20/10/10/10/10
From the sticky I am thinking I should be taking an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) shot right now until I start my post cycle therapy (pct) and not through the post cycle therapy (pct) as I had originally planned. Any help in this matter is appreciated.
I understand I may get flammed on this, thats fine. I did research this before, but from my reading today I am doubting myself and want to make the best decision I can with the place I am at today.
No negative sides were experienced on the cycle, other then some shrinkage, but nothing too major. I am 30 years old, this was my first cycle.. If you want more info to help let me know.
