Post pct diet

I have roughly two weeks left of my post cycle therapy (pct). Is there any specific foods to consume after pct to aid in retaining gains or increasing test levels?

Make sure you eat enough to support the new weight because your maintenance levels have gone up.
this.

Your basic metabolic rate has gone up since you gained muscle on your cycle. You need to figure out your new BMR and eat at least that. If you want to keep bulking, eat 500 calories (generally) over your new BMR.

For specific foods, not really. Just stick to the good protein sources like eggs, fish, lean beef, chicken, turkey and the good carbs like sweet potatoes, oats, rice, ezekial bread and the good fats like olive oil, nuts, etc.

I'm currently consuming this but my bmr is 3004. I want to retain my weight until I begin cutting in a couple of months. What do u recommend?

Cals 4170
Protein 264g 26%
Carbs 396.5g 40%
Fats 155g 34%

i would drop the cals a little bit. thats about 1000 calories over your BMR so you might start gaining more fat than you want. as long as you eat at least your BMR you should retain your gains. i would go like 3500-3700 calories. also your fats are a little too high. do more like a 40/40/20 macro split where fats are the 20. you dont need high fat especially while on cycle.

3j suggested I keep cal around 4000. So I'm not sure what to do. This was pct diet so he suggested I could drop lean ground beef from a couple of meals but replace it with any lean protein source but also make up the fats.
