Currently on week 8 of tren E 500mg/wk
test Cyp 200mg/week

This morning I woke up with small lumps behind my nipples and they are sore.
Need to start using my Prami, but the only information i can find on dosage is:

For Treatment: When you have ongoing prolactin issues, Gynecomastia flare, or are attempting to regress gynecomastia tissues (ductal, lobular and central gland mass).

0.375 up (3/8) to 1mg should generally be sufficient for most users. Most people will not need over 0.5mg. If you do, then SLOWLY escalate the dose. You still should start at 0.25mg and slowly work up. see bottom for exceptions

doses should be taken in the evening, 2-4 hours prior to bed. For the very low doses, an hour is probably fine. if it keeps you up, take it earlier. If it makes you sleepy "too soon" then take closer to bed. a good number of people will notice niether. taking with last meal of the day may be ideal for a lot of people.

Prami should be dosed as they state. More specifically .25mg for 7-10 days, then upping to .5mg/day. Then you can run it at .5mg the rest of the way. Take at night, before bed, with some food in your system.
Here is the thing, usually there is a core issue of elevated e2 or higher end e2 levels that the increased e2 sensitivity caused by tren enables gyno to form. It is likely prudent that you get blood work and have e2 levels checked. You may very well be able to manage this entire issue by taking an ai and managing e2.

Thanks. Wasn't planning on getting bloods done mid-cycle like I did my last two cycles. Looks like i'm gonna have too now.

I havent had any issues until i bumped the tren to from 300mg to 500mg about 3 weeks ago.

I've always run letro at .25mg every 4 days on my last two cycles btw and i never had issues with e2 with bloods.
