precontest- stop test or just bottom out estrogen with ai?

I know stopping test a week or so out is optimal, but how big a difference is it between just upping ai and still being on test.
 
I wouldn't know from experience, but I have heard of both people either dropping test a few weeks before comp and continuing it or crushing e2 with a high dose of letro. I could see either one working. Test itself won't hold water, so erradicaing e2 completely would work however it is done. Things like nandrolone and boldeneone that are still being used or lingering around aromatise as well btw.

I stop test so that it's nearly completely out of my system, so 2 weeks for cyp and ent or 1 week for prop.

Either way I stop all injectables a week out so I have no chance of swelling from a bad injection.

I'd just rely on orals for that week.

However, even while you've stopped injecting test and are taking a non-aromatising hormone such a winny, people still use a bit of an AI to dry them out further....it just matters how you gauge your conditioning and if you think you need it
 
Thanks guys. I think I'm gunna keep running prop through the contest with my win and anavar. If it doesn't work out for the better this time I'll know for the next. Sitting at 4-5%Bf at 204 right now and still drying out a little everyday while drinking 2+ gallons of water. Still have two weeks to go so I'll reevaluate next week. Thank you for your input.
 
The ony aromatizising compound in me is test and only at 350mg a week. Running tren and mast with win and anavar.

I agree with you. and i would rec maybe var leading up to show and into it. you could use maste possibly too.
 
Honestly your peak week protocol for carbs, water/diuretics is going to make a bigger difference than gear BUT this is what most people would do for drugs:
Pull the test at least a week out, preferably two. GH is gone at that time also if you're using it.

Going into the show you should be running (ED)
-lots of adex, or letro (minimum 1mg of either, more = drier look)
-nolva if you have any gyno
-lots of oral winstrol
-var or halo (preferably halo)
-mastP & as much trenA as you can handle *OPTIONAL* (some people drop these a week out too)

This has been on my mind since yesterday, I have to ask....

Is this true, that MOST people deliberately crash estrogen pre-contest? The guys that step on stage at Olympia? I've crashed estrogen a few times, got days mixed up last week as I was pulling all nighters and studying for finals. I took .5mg adex on consecutive days accidently towards the end of the week and I felt like complete shit on Saturday, or Sunday. I just can't imagine that competitors purposely crash estrogen to get really dry, how can they even bare to get out of the house, I'm holed up in my apartment like a hermit if I crash estrogen.
 
Crashing estrogen doesn't sound like a way to win a competition. I would think you would want to feel on top of your game while on stage. Not all shitty from crashed e2. Estrogen isnt going to win or lose a show.
 
4-5%??? really... I have no doubt you're in good condition now, but let's be clear... you are not 4-5% bf right now

very depleted and contest ready 4-5% can only be attained for 3 days maximum.... then your internal organs will begin to have issues

and where's your ai?
 
I've run test all the way and that was the best I've ever looked.

This... I don't compete at all and cant comment on that, but I know a couple pros that run test all the way through and pver a gram.. its a science between diet and drugs but to say estradiol or dropping test. its not that easy

Figured ai was a given. Take I Anastrozol .5 ed then 1mg ed week of show in two weeks. Tried to upload a pic but wouldn't work. I'll say this much. My skin is paper thin, all muscles on my back are fully feathered out, veins on abs exc....

That was the whole point of this thread really. I want to be as dry as possible, but I still want to be able to enjoy it too lol
 
Many guys DO purposely tank estrogen in the last week or two.

When you are that carb depleted, thirsty and tired it's not as noticeable as when things are going nice and comfortably for you.

Plus there will typically be a bunch of DHTs (winstrol, mast etc) and proviron in the mix so the symptoms get masked...

Of course you can compete without doing that, and/or run test right through like queefer did.
 
I don't think anyone enjoys peak week....it's a lot of work (completely worth it) but not fun. Then you get on stage dehydrated and start to cramp up...so you have to suck it up and keep going
