Prohormones and vertical jump

Anyone notice an increase/decrease in vertical jump on a cycle?

I was thinking it would increase it because of the boost, but then I remembered your body will have a shit ton of extra weight and water.

Anyone wanna give me a better answer on this?

I would think as long as you are training for an increased vertical leap and just doing mass building exercises then you would see an increase. I am not saying you are going to be doing windmill dunks but if you train properly using a performance enhancer then you should see an increase.

Make sure you are doing explosive jumping movements during trainning. The increase in weight should not hurt your leaping if you are gaining it in the right places and not in your gut.

It doesn't hurt to do heavy squats as this will build muscle but you really need to incorporate explosive movements. Checkout some YouTube videos. All kinds of helpful exercises and routines on there to help with a vertical leap.

What do you start with to enhance vertical leap if you're a total newbie? I do plyometrics and work out regularly but never see any results.
