I'm easily a rookie on all this new info here, but after a few months of working out, I have a good steady routine, take a multivitamin(Mega Men), get good rest, and eat a pretty good diet.
I usually take NO Xplode before workout and Muscle Milk after and before bed.
A friend gave me a ProSource catalog and their articles show average lean mass gains to be much greater with Whey Isolate than with other proteins.
I see people talking about ON Protein and Muscle Milk. I like the taste of Muscle Milk alot. I really want a protein that tastes pretty good.
Questions:
Is a whey protein isolate gonna be more like the texture of NO Explode or Muscle Milk?
If any of you have ever heard of ProSource, are they telling me the truth when they say "no other protein on the market today is designed to deliver greater anabolic power than NitroWhey Extreme?"
At my stage of the game, should I even worry about Whey vs. Muscle Milk?
Outside of Muscle Milk, what is the best tasting prtoein in a whey and how close is it. Keep in mind I can drink Muscle Milk and NO Explode for days b/c it is so good.
