Protein Help

I have a diet pretty much set up, but the one thing i haven't figured out yet is how much protein i should be getting. A number that i have heard a lot is 200 +g/day. The one thing i don't understand is how i should break it up into my meals, and if this would be good for me because i am trying to cut BF but still put on muscle. Please help me out.

a good rule of thumb is to have at least 1g of pretein per lb of body weight toi add muscle. eat 4-6 meals a day spread them out. also try not to eat a big mneal before your wourkout as your gut takes a lot of blood to make it work, taking blood away from your body as you work out
