Is there a good rule of thumb regarding minimum protein intake while restricting calories to avoid any loss of LBM? My average over the last 3 weeks has been approx. 1.2 grams per pound of body weight. I have lost an average of 2 pounds each of the last three weeks and seem to be maintaining most of my strength in the gym, but not all of it.
