Honestly I think a gram per lb will be fine for most people however I recommend a little more, 1.5 gram per lb should be better, and shouldn't be to hard to digest especially with digestive enzymes. I'm eating close to 400 grams a day at almost 240 lbs

Do you think 1 g is enough for bulking or she i up it to 1.5 g
 
I think if your body can handle it yes. Just give it a try if u feel like ur force feeding then cut back. Just listen to.ur body.
