Protien intake and shakes?

i usually drink about 3-4 a day..its just a liquid protein insted of eating meat all the time i use it at work and it provides the same if not more nesassary minerals and supplements that you would intake on a daily diet..
 
and not just in the form of shakes. there is no subsitute for actual, clean food. EAT MORE, while taking more shakes, and you'll see a size difference.
