well i am an ectomorph who needed some size.
I went to pullinbig and he set me up with a basic routine focusing on heavy lifts.
mon- legs
squats 1x8, 1x4
leg press 1x20
calf work
wed- chest\delts\tris
flat wide grip- 2x6
decline medium grip- 2x6
weighted dips- 2x10
side lateral raises- 2x10
frid- back
deads 2x6
bent over rows- 2x4
reverse close grip pulldowns 2x6
wide grip straight bar curls- 2x8
Basically i do everything to failure and bust my ass.
I am an ecto so i cant get away with lifting 5+ days a week doing isolation exercises.
The main reason i came to pullinbig was because i had chicken legs and they werent growing. Then when i saw my pants and boxers getting tighter and saw my number increasing I knew that doing a full pullin routine was for me.
THe gym is not where all the work has to be done, i also have to spend lots of time in the kitchen. Without fueling your body you cant grow, I made sure i got 2grams of protein per lb of body weight and ate 6+ meals a day(basically ate everything in site hungry or not). If you want to be 200 lbs like i would some time like to be you have to eat like a 200lb guy. I see so many people complaining that they are not growing and it has a lot to do with not eating enough so eat up BOYZ.
Now i can say that my bench and deadlift and squat are at the highest they have ever been and still climbing. I am happy with my current results and cant wait what these next months have to come
