Pumping Iron is a great documentary. I was let down to later learn how much of it was hammed up. Of course it is. But when I watched it in my mid 20s I remember just being in total awe of those guys. I still am, but learning about the 'making of' took some magic away.

I always wanted a great body. But after Pumping Iron I got serious about working towards it -- researching, learning, and putting the work in. I gave my copy to a friend years ago. I should ask him for it back

I cant watch it anyore. When Lou is doing his standard BB presses he sounds like a baby screaming or a spoiled brat. And then Arnold makes him look like a dumb ass throughout the movie. I felt sorry for Big Lou!!!lol
