Question for Docs about liver

Can any Docs or advanced Medical people let me know what would be the first sign of liver or kidney problems through looking at urine. Also, what kind of pains would accompany some possible liver or kidney problems?

Im guessing that discoloration of the urine would be the #1 sign but most people I know notice a change in urine color right away when starting a cycle. So what Im looking for is what is the color shade of the urine that would be considered bad and unhealthy?

And about the pain question. Obviously pain in your lower-to-side torso region would be where the pain would come from, but what kind of pain would it be? Like a constant sharp pain or just some slight discomfort?

I may be wrong but I believe one of the first signs is jaundice (yellow coloration of the skin and often the eyes).

1st signs will be

fatigue (more than the usual you may have during cycle)
may start to itch
yellow urine

weakness
weight loss
vomiting
jaundice (the whites of the eyes and skin appear yellow)
redness of the palms of the hands
salivary gland enlargement
fatigue
nausea
fever
coughing up or vomiting large amounts of blood
curling up of the fingers

poor appetite
abdominal pain
dark urine
shrinking of the testicles
breast enlargement in men
muscle wasting


Symptoms of Kidney Disease:

Changes in urination
Swelling in the legs, ankles, feet, face, and/or hands
Fatigue
Skin rash/itching
Metallic taste in mouth/ammonia breath
Nausea and vomiting
Shortness of breath
Feeling cold
Trouble concentrating, dizziness
Leg/flank pain

I've had that itching feeling last cycle, it sucks I will tell you that. Also for me I had my my arms and hands falling alseep at night.lol He's too busy cheating on her to care.
Throbing pain in my lower right hand side (that went away once I quit the anadrol), Piss stinks(most of he time), and being tired.

This probley dont help much but my boss was taking 2 anadrol a day and his piss looked like guiness. He lowerd down too one a day and it went away after a week. He also had very sharp panful shots of pain comeing from his kidney area.

if you are or were feeling that way

go get a hepatic panel done by your doc. it will tell you how you are doing. alt,ast and bilirubin. bilirubin gets higher than around 5 and you turn yellow. start itching before that. normal level is around .6. ast and alt should be below 60 somewhere. if you have liver probs all or one of those will be elevated.

the pain on your right side is probably sensitivity due to liver enlarging. a-bombs are tough on you man. how long did you do them?
