I recently saw sustanon 250 in what looks like a small glass cap. I know that you have to break the glass in order to get at it. Soooo how do you break the glass without spilling your purchase?

pen cap works to. Score it with a file, wipe it off and go to town on it. I also put some tape around to top part so if the glass breaks it doesn't drop into the amp.
