Questions About Bulking

Hey, had a few questions about bulking, and I knew this would be the right place to check.

I just got back into lifting about a month and a half ago. I am currently doing a 5x5 routine 5x a week.

I am 5'10 180lbs. I figure to grow I will need about 3500 calories a day. Does this sound right?

How much protein, carbs, and fats should I be getting. I was figuring something like 200g protein, 200 carbs, and 75 fats. Does this sound correct?

Also, is it possible to bulk without, for lack of a better word, getting really fat? I have no problem eating healthy stuff and prefer to in hopes that I won't get extremely fat before I cut.

Another thing... when I worked out before I used to do 6 meals a day, 2 of them based around shakes, and the rest were solid meals. Is this fine for bulking?

Lastly, last time I was working out, a couple of years ago, I was using CEE. It seemed like people weren't really sure of the benefits compared to standard Creatine at the time, but the thought was it caused less bloating. I can deal with a little bit of bloating until I cut. Would it be suggested that I start using Creatine right away or wait? I am assuming that this would be taken with a PWO shake.

I appreciate the advice in advance. If anybody has any other useful information that would be great.

Thanks.

dirty bulk? or bulk with lean results min body fat?

I stay lean all year round for the most part. I eat 5 to 6 meals and 3 shakes.

i dont allow my body to get hungry. even when im not hungry i still feed the machine.

if after a two weeks you dont notice a change. Increase carbs!

i was never one for counting macros and whatnot but once you get in the groove i guess it just comes to you..

good luck

I would prefer lean bulk. My main concern is to put on strength gains and then cut later, but if I can keep from getting fat while doing it all the better. =)

I would increase carbs to at least 2-3g/lb bodyweight if your wanting to bulk.

Keep it clean and you should put too much fat on. if you are putting fat on adjust your carbs slightly lower and maybe perform light cardio on morning before breakfast 2-3times a week just to burn that extra bit of bf off
