Anyone using this supplement?I read that taking this supplement in conjunction with carb ingestion, will shuttle more glucose into your muscle cells. The excess will not be stored as fat, that is what we do not want.Anyone have any feedback on this for myself as well as others. TIA

Thanks man. That was a good read.I,m going to have to get some .If anyone else has experience using this stuff let us know ,seems Lawnsaver is a believer in R-ala.

There are two important things to remember when buying R-ALA. First is that it has been tested for optical rotation by an indepedent lab. We have seen a lot people selling what they believe is pure R-ALA and it turns out to be 80-97%. 97% is not R-ALA it is racemic with a high R content. R-ALA, as any researcher will tell you, has to be 99+% or you will get the inhibition of the S. There are a couple Chinese labs that are claiming to have R-ALA and they may have it but it's not 99% and the assay THEY give you for what they are selling you is useless.

The second VERY important thing to remember is that you MUST supplement Biotin with it. We have discovered that R-ALA depletes your Biotin, an essential B Vitamin, and this will cause dryness in your skin, joint aches, as well as many other side effects. Our concern that people take Biotin is real so we're offer a free bottle of it when you buy 4 Glucorell R. Next month all Glucorell R will come with Biotin already in it.

Yes, take ULTER's word for it. Glucorell-R is a top-notch OTC supplement. I usually take about 300mgs before "normal" meals, and about 500mg before my "cheat day" meals. R-ALA is a great carb blocker, and keeps my blood sugar in check.
