Always take a Separate Vitamin D.
Depending on if you live in a Northern Climate or not.
Your needs could be much greater than what you would find combined in another supplement.
I'm in the Northeast, and I take 10,000 IU's daily in the Winter, and 2,500 to 5,000 IU's in the Summer.
My Intake varies with where my Bloodtest comes in at for Vitamin D.
The Fish Oil I take is Carlson's Liquid Fish Oil ~ comes in Orange or Lemon, and doesn't repeat if taken after a Meal.
It's 1,600 Mg of Omega 3's per Teaspoon ~ 800 Mg of EPA & 500 Mg of DHA.
And it's Filtered for Cadmium/Lead/Mercury/PCB's and 28 other Contaminants....................... JP
P.S.
I take a separate ALA also, usually 600 Mg a day.
There's plenty of Good Manufacturers of ALA.
