Recommendations for a new guy please

Hey guys just looking for some recommendations on what a good but not terribly potent cycle for athletic gains would be. I've done 2 cycles in the past 3 years and I'm about ready for another. I'd like to gain some lean muscle but I don't want to pack on a bunch of weight; my cardio is important to me. I am 25 years old 203 lbs 6 foot and 10-11% body fat. If any of that matters... Any input is appreciated, thanks.
