ripped fues is the first ever eca ive used, and it works well. now as long as u stick to your diet ( a good one ) youll get cut. also id up the cardio as much as 15-20 mins a week. youll cut great like that.
now to maintain that hard earned muscle i would up the protein maybe an extra 35- 50 grams of what you are all ready consuming.
now thats assuming you have a fair amount of size and have and maintain a solid training routine.
