ronnie coleman is hysterical

When I was 250 and in the peak of my conditioning if I didn't get enough protein i would loose 3 pound of muscle a day. I can only imagine how how many calories he has to get a day to maintain. I just look at some Pic's of me on the beach pumped and striated after working out. Makes me want to go back on again.

My daughter normally cook my food but she had to go get her hairs did.

i have to say his diet is somewhat of a letdown for me. white rice and grits all day? with crappy cheap cheese thrown in there and a bunch of molly mcbutter? dam maybe im taking my healthy foods too far.
